Curriculum

The actual timings for the school day are shown to the right. Children are supervised from 7am until they are collected at the end of the day. Parents are required to collect their children no later than 1pm. We ask that children arrive in school punctually. The start of the school day is when children are most alert and receptive to learning. It is a time when the mood is set for the school day and instructions for the day ahead are given.

Children in Pre School are not required to wear uniform but may do so if they wish. We do , however, ask that children wear western style clothes for safety purposes.

Reception children are required to wear full school uniform.

Snack

There is a break mid morning when children have an opportunity to play and eat snack. Children should bring a snack to school in a lunchbox with a reasonable amount of food and drink. We encourage healthy eating in school so a snack of a sandwich with a nutritious filling and a piece of fruit if vegetable sticks and a small juice carton would be ideal. We encourage children to keep well hydrated by drinking water regularly. We ask that a small bottle of water is sent to school with your child daily. Please do not send glass bottles, fizzy drinks, nuts, sweets or chocolate to school.
