Students can enter the school grounds from 0630. They do not enter the buildings until 0700, when they are greeted by their class teacher and a register is taken.
Teaching commences at 0715. The day is nominally divided into 10 periods of 30 minutes each (much of it spent with their class teacher), with a 30 minute recess between periods 5 and 6.
Children should bring a small amount of food and drink to school in a lunch box. Please do not send glass bottles, chocolate or chewing gum. We encourage healthy eating.
Children are supervised from 7.00am until the children leave, although parents are required to collect their children not later than 1.00pm. The actual school day times are shown at right.
There is a short break mid-morning for all the children when they are allowed to play and eat their snack.
