For the Academic Year 2008-2009 the school fees have been fixed as follows:

Registration

There is an application fee of QR200/- per student, payable before an applicant sits the entrance test.

When a place is offered, there is a once only registration fee of QR3,000/- per family. This becomes payable immediately you accept a place for your child (assuming no siblings are already enroled). Dependant upon timing, you may also be asked to pay all or part of the first term's fees. The school cannot guarantee to hold a place open until thesen fees have been received.

Consumables Levy

In addition to tuition fees, there is a termly levy for consumables. This covers incidental costs such as Art / Science / DT consumables, the Pupil Planner, stationary, photocopying, cost of transport for school trips, Year Book etc.

External Examinations

In Years 10-13 students sit external examinations, for which there is an additional charge. Costs vary, depending upon the charges raised by the examination boards. Parents will be invoiced seperately for these.

 

Payment Conditions

• Fees are stated in Qatar Riyals, and based on three terms per year. (US$ 1= QR3.65).
• Fees are invoiced termly in advance, payable within the first two weeks of each term.
• In Term 3 of each year, parents are asked to make a non-refundable pre-payment of the folowing Term 1 fees. This is to enable the school to firm up student numbers for the start of the following year so that places can be offered to students on our waiting list. The amount of the pre-payment is currently QR2,000 per child which is deductable from the following Term 1 fees.
